Firearm Sales – All Sales Final

Due to federal regulations and the nature of firearm transfers, all firearm sales are final once the transfer is completed (Form 4473 approved and firearm leaves the premises).

• No returns or refunds on firearms after transfer
• No exchanges once the firearm has been transferred to the buyer

Before Transfer (Important Window)

If a firearm has been shipped to us but has NOT yet been transferred:

• Buyer may request a return to the original seller
• Customer is responsible for:
  • Return shipping costs
  • Any restocking fees from the original seller
• Transfer fees are non-refundable

Denied Background Checks

If a buyer is denied during the background check:

• Firearm will be returned to the seller
• Customer is responsible for:
  • Return shipping
  • Any applicable restocking fees
• Transfer fees are non-refundable

Defective Firearms / Warranty Issues

If a firearm is found to be defective after transfer:

• Customer must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service
• We can assist with manufacturer contact info if needed
• We do not handle manufacturer warranty returns in-house unless arranged in advance

Accessories & Non-Firearm Items

(Optics, magazines, parts, apparel, etc.)

• Returns accepted within [X] days of purchase
• Item must be:
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
• Refunds issued as:
  • Store credit or original payment method (your choice)

Non-returnable items may include:

• Ammunition
• Opened/used accessories
• Special orders

Order Cancellations

• Orders canceled before shipment may be subject to a [X%] processing/restocking fee
• Special orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable

Shipping Errors / Wrong Item Received

If we made a mistake:

• We’ll cover return shipping
• Replacement or full refund will be issued

Compliance Statement

All firearm transactions are conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not in compliance.
